| High-tech Space Tracking on Maui

February's TechOhana meeting featured Program Manager Leslie Bailey of Oceanit in a presentation on Oceanit's HANDS project (High Accuracy Network Determination project). HANDS is a worldwide network of low-cost optical ground stations tasked with improving space situational awareness for the U.S. Air Force. The project is being managed and deployed from Maui.
